Hi,I'm Sophie; a holistic massage therapist based in Amsterdam Noord.In my practice I weave together bodywork, massage & coaching to help my clients find more flow of energy in their systems, balance & a deeper ability to hear themselves.My approach honours the multi dimensions of being human and honours the physical body, energetic currents, emotional waves and spiritual realms. All working together to guide in the direction of inner & outer connection.

I love this quote because it continues to reflect my path and how I serve towards healing.Until my early twenties, I experienced alot of fear in my system which had been draining my energy, and disconnecting me from my heart, body and spirit.Yoga was the gateway for me to become curious about my suffering and I found the more compassion and love I allowed in, the more I was able to grow from a place of lightness and softness.I love to create spaces where we can meet ourselves in our full multi layered experience and nourish the inner sun that gives us passion & connection. And keep growing from the light of this place.We need to feel safe to feel and it is my honour to create this foundation and guide people with their inner explorations.
